How it works:

  1. Click "Run my free checks!" below.

    1. Then fill out the form with up to three applicants.  Some people want to see for themselves how the entire process works, so they enter their own name and email.​

    2. After entering your applicants, we need your information.  The searches you're submitting may be free of charge, but they're also actual searches and must be FCRA compliant.  To that end, please submit the agreement.  (If you choose not to submit the agreement, the searches you entered on the previous form will not be run, and all data will be permanently deleted.)

    3. Each applicant will securely receive the FCRA required documentation by email.  Once we receive their authorization, we'll run the background checks and return the results to you.

Security:

All data submitted on these forms is treated as PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and is collected and stored encrypted.  Once the data has been transferred to our servers for background check processing, all data collected on these forms is permanently deleted.

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement defines the terms and conditions of the relationship between Advanced Background Services LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Advanced Background Services” and defined as Advanced Background Services LLC, an Indiana Corporation, including its officers, agents, employees, assigns, independent contractors and representatives, and _________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as “Client”.

1.Advanced Background Services shall closely adhere to all applicable federal and state laws regarding the preparation and transmission of reports including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC-1681 et seq.) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA 1990). 2.Client warrants that it shall closely adhere to all applicable federal and state laws regarding the use and distribution of information furnished by Advanced Background Services including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC-1681 et seq.) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA 1990). Client further warrants that all of the search information requested of Advanced Background Services is required for legitimate business purposes only. 3.Advanced Background Services shall not solicit, request, or acquire any information obtained through illegal or unethical means in preparing and transmitting data to Client. 4.Advanced Background Services shall conduct its services as defined by its current published service descriptions, or as agreed by Client, upon written request of Client at the current published rates, or as agreed by Client, including any additional fees. If any additional court fees, vendor fees, access fees, etc. will apply, notice will be given to Client before Client is invoiced. Services and prices are subject to change without notice. 5.Client understands and agrees that invoicing is conducted in 15 day terms and that the entire invoiced amount is due and payable upon receipt of invoice for services rendered. If full payment is not received by Advanced Background Services within 30 days of the date of invoice, the amount is considered delinquent and interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be applied to the delinquent balance. 6.Client understands and agrees that upon a delinquent account, all services will be suspended including but not limited to the return of outstanding search requests until all outstanding amounts are paid in full. 7.Client understands and agrees that it subject to the laws of the State of Indiana for failure to pay delinquent accounts and that if formal collection proceedings are required to collect any unpaid amounts, Client is liable for any and all reasonable attorney fees, any and all court costs, and any and all other costs involved in the collection of the amount. 8.Advanced Background Services shall make all reasonable and prudent efforts to provide accurate and up to date information to Client in an efficient and expeditious manner. Advanced Background Services shall not be liable or obligated to Client for delays or failures in its services beyond its direct control. 9.All services and information provided by Advanced Background Services to Client are provided without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Advanced Background Services cannot guarantee the accuracy of any reported information and shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or claims arising out of or in connection with any services performed. 10.All data regarding any and all individuals, their personal information, the search request, and the data retrieved by Advanced Background Services for Client shall be held in strict confidence. 11.Advanced Background Services acts as an independent contractor under Client’s direction pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Client Agreement. 12.This Service Agreement embodies the entire understanding of the relationship between Advanced Background Services and Client and supersedes any and all prior agreements oral or written. Both parties defined above agree to bring any and all legal action or proceedings with respect to this Service Agreement, its interpretation, or services provided under this agreement to the courts of Marion County in the State of Indiana. 13.This Service Agreement is effective upon the approval and execution of services by Advanced Background Services and shall continue until it is terminated by either client or Advanced Background Services and may be terminated without cause. Termination of this Service Agreement does not nullify any outstanding invoices for services rendered.
